Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We take pride in creating high-quality custom products and making sure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

  • Custom and personalized orders may require additional processing time depending on design complexity and order volume.

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Estimated shipping times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note that shipping delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control.

Custom Orders & Digital Proofs

For custom design requests, we may contact you for:

  • Design approval

  • Clarification on uploaded artwork

  • Higher quality files if needed

Delays in responding may delay production and shipping.

Customer Uploaded Files

Customers are responsible for ensuring uploaded files are:

  • Correct size and dimensions

  • High resolution (300 DPI recommended)

  • Free of spelling or design errors

We are not responsible for print quality issues caused by low-resolution or poor-quality uploads.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • The customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include photos of the packaging and damaged item.

We will do our best to assist with a replacement or resolution.

No Returns on Custom Items

Due to the personalized nature of custom products:

  • All custom and personalized sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error with your order.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
