Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept:

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Cancellations

  • Refund requests on custom or personalized items

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Custom Orders

All custom products are made specifically for each customer based on the design, sizing, colors, and files provided at checkout. Because of this, custom items cannot be restocked or resold.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Verifying spelling and personalization details

  • Uploading correct files and images

  • Ensuring artwork quality and sizing are accurate

We are not responsible for customer-submitted errors.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging if applicable

If the issue is determined to be an error on our part, we will work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate solution.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer

Slight differences in color, placement, or finish may occur due to:

These variations are normal and are not considered defects.
